I have paranoid schizophrenia. I don't have your exact symptoms but I believe people can read my mind and its this symptom that keeps me from going outside to live my life. I stay in my bedroom most of the day except when I go out to the porch or the kitchen to make something to eat.
So, I tend to stay isolated in my bedroom. I actually feel safe in here. I got my computer and television. I also have my adult coloring book that I use when I am feeling out of sorts.
