Hi Cartowheel, U could start with your GP and as to c a Psychiatrist or Psychologist. They should be able to help u. Just a tip - I write a few points on paper before I go to meet anyone. Even for the people I've known for yrs. Just a few topics to talk about. Read over it a few times before seeing them. Also I don't have friends over except for one. Too much anxiety for that. So I always meet them one or two at a time in cafes. Feel more comfortable with doing that. Good luck. A....
