Welcome! Glad you posted <3 It was very scary for me when I had anxieties. When it began I had no clue what anxiety was as I had always been outgoing and talkative. So talkative and energized I was always in trouble at school. Always talking! So, it began in my mid-20s. I started having attacks and I had no clue what those were!
