Hi, well I am currently working through a CBT book right now that focuses on all types of anxiety disorders. The book by the way is called The complete CBT guide for anxiety. I am also awaiting group therapy. Because I think a self-help book may not be enough. I also often fear that any treatment may fail before I even give it a go and then sometimes discourages me. And so I have also again resorted to talking with some people online such as here.
I currently have GAD, OCD and SAD.
